Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photography is illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

Vittaura is a cosmetic skincare product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The total payable, including any delivery cost, is confirmed at checkout before you place your order.

We may change prices or run promotions at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom with an estimated delivery time of 10–12 days. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and your statutory cancellation rights apply in addition. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
