Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 10–12 days from the date your order is placed. Orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK.

Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Busy periods, adverse weather and courier delays can occasionally extend them.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. Any delivery cost applied to your order is always shown in full at checkout before you place it.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept international orders at this time.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed. When your parcel leaves us, we will email you any tracking information provided by the courier.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will put it right.

• Check the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct.
• Check whether a neighbour or a safe place has been used by the courier.
• Contact us if the parcel is still missing and we will investigate with the courier.
