Your cancellation rights

Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our own returns window is longer than the statutory minimum and sits alongside — not instead of — your legal rights.

What can be returned

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened products with their seal intact.

• Unopened and unused items, returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items in their original packaging where possible.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items — opened or not.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery cost, at no charge to you.

How to start a return

Email our team with your order number and which items you would like to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of receipt, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
