• Delivery details: the address you ask us to deliver to.
• Order details: the items you buy and your order history with us.

Payment information

Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, to handle returns and refunds, and to answer support enquiries. We will only send marketing email if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing your information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the shop — for example our delivery courier and our payment provider — and only to the extent they need it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, and to handle any returns or disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
